How to purchase and activate

• Purchase and complete payment for your eSIM plan
• Visit the client area at https://www.flowvpx.com/client
• Your eSIM will be available for activation with 24 hours from purchase
• Click activate to generate the eSIM QR code
• Follow the instructions for your device to add the data plan
• Enable Roaming for the FlowVPN ESIM to enable it to access our global network, and if required set the APN to global.dentwireless

FlowVPN / Dent Wireless APN

On some devices running iOS 15.2+ or Android 12 Security Updates you may need to manually set an APN for the ESIM.

The APN for FlowVPN ESIM is: global.dentwireless

APN Setting for iOS

1) Please navigate to Settings -> “Cellular” or “Mobile Data” -> “Cellular Plans” or “Data Plans”.
‍2) Under the “Cellular Plans” or “Data Plans” section, please select your DENT eSIM and then “Cellular Data Network“ or “Mobile Data Network”.
‍3) On this page, please update the address of the APN field for 'Mobile Data' or 'Cellular Data' to 'global.dentwireless'.
‍4) Restart your device.

APN Setting for Android

1) please navigate to Settings -> 'Connections' -> 'Mobile networks' -> 'Access Point Names' -> 'Add'.
2) On this screen, please set the Name to 'FlowVPN New APN'.
Set APN to 'global.dentwireless'.
Set APN Type and APN roaming protocol to 'IPv4.
3) When finished, click on the three dots in the top-right corner of the screen, and select 'Save'
4) Select 'FlowVPN New APN' and then return to the main Settings menu.
5) Restart your device.
